  I’ve been thinking about this blog post for the past week. When I first thought of the title I was excited and ready to write. And then I realized that this isn’t just a normal blog post.This is a post that requires me to be totally down-to-earth and honest. It’s a time for me to open up my heart and be as truthful as I possibly can. I want you to know that I’m just a  regular girl,   with   regular struggles ,  and   regular fears.  My life is far from perfect and I am far from perfect. Being a church girl especially one who is brought up in an Adventist home all her life is fun but confusing at some point when you grow and meet people who are not of your faith and they think you are a weirdo because you do not know what they know. Title : Maybe you should talk to someone Written by Lori Gottlieb Genre: Non fiction Published: April 2019 Reviewed by : Belly Jullians This is a book about a psychotherapist in her who analyses her patient’s stories and her own story as she seeks therapy. Lori Gottlieb takes us through the happenings of a therapy room from the first second when a patient gets in to the therapy room to the 50th minute when they are walked to the door .We get to see her patients through her lenses first and as their stories evolve, through their own self views. This is one book I heard most people in my circle talk about but I never really bothered to look at it until a friend gave it to me and since I set my eyes on it,it has been one of my favorite reads.It has a details that has become my life manual . At what point of your life were you when you read the book. And when was this?
